i will put here the OSCE stations that we it was 12 staions 5 min each



3 stations for history of the followings

jaundice
chest pain
dyspnea


investigations

ECG it was atrial fibrillation .they ask also for 6 causes , rate & rythm

liver enzymes was gelberts syndrome
FEV1\FVC was resrtictve lung disease ( causes )
chest x-ray plural effusion ( finidings , causes , diagnosis )

RA (3 findings , diagnosis )
CUSHING'S SYNDROME ( causes , diagnosis , best investigation )


Examine :

lower or upper limb motor

God should be blessed ....... finally we finished the 2nd course of medicine and really the OSCE exam and MCQ were good .

I want to say also that we learned alot and got alot of information and I am so happy coz I got my course this year in Alzaher Hospital and inshallah i will do the same next year coz really we found many positive sings and many interested cases .

what i have now before starting study

- what is the signs for acute sever asthma ...

- if mother has hepatisi B and she deliver a babay what test you should make to make sure that baby is ok ?

-15 years old boy come to you by anorexia fever mild to moderatly jaundice what do you think he hs ... ??
( iwant put the chises here becouse its important .. but the only one i remeber (anti HA V )

-a lady come to you with thyroid nodule (cold nodule ) you did history and take carefull examination ... nothing relavent except that thyroid examination ( was in right side 7 cm in 7 cm ) what diagnostic test you will ask after this

- what the usual course for multiple sclerosis .

-what prognostic factor can help you to say MS is benign ?
