hello, this is my first msg.and I hope tO FIND THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION.
I want to ask Dr:Ayman a question. (I've lost about 15 kg in 3 months by diet and excersise.and my hair is falling in a crazy way now but I went to the Dr and he gave me iron tablets and hair spray. but the proplem is that I'm now feeling pulses in my abdomen while I'm lying down and sometimes while I'm sitting which disturb me. IS THAT A SERIOUS THING OR THAT IS NORMAL? although I'm not that thin but I'm now in the normal range.And I'm thinking to loose additional weight till I achieve a perfect body so what is ur advice to me.وعذرا على الاطاله.

my advise is to visit a dietary specialist cuz he is the best one to help you in deciding the best way to reduce your weight with healthy body .
no body can advise you to do any thing with out taking full history & clinical examination belive me & if someone did he is not right .
& in sha2 allah you will acheive that .
if you have any more Qs go on dont hesitate .

I will answer u on my previous background of metabolism and the digestive system ,
U said that your hair was falling okay ?
that is certainly because the diet was serious
that u was even losing some important vitamins
or may may be the diet wasn't targeting specifically fatty tissue .
so the consideration of losing that 15 kg is efficient if it was fat
otherwise , all that 15 will return quickly
that is one point ;)
as long as that pulse is not accompanied by pain or swelling
I think INSH2ALLA it is not serious
but u have to remmember that u really have to eat alot of fibers
espically after this period of diet
for example , why dont u have apple and half for supper
belive me it will turn ur digestion on and will relieve many digestive disturbances could occur

THANK u Dr reda for the advice and you know what I think that the diet was efficient cause my weight is stable now since I left the diet but I'm now excersicing regularly and I'm taking iron and vitamin tablet and I hope that every thing is ok:) .
