maybe if any of u used win2k or any older version than winxp have seen files with backgrounds well that was nice but it's hard to do on winxp anyways this is how to do it:
open notepad then write this

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
ICONAREA_IMAGE=(put the pic in the file and then type it's full name with the extention here or just type any picture full destination hereand include the name)
ICONAREA_TEXT=16777215

an example with the pic inside the file:

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
ICONAREA_IMAGE=Metal Gear Solid 2.bmp
ICONAREA_TEXT=16777215

and a pic outside the file

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
ICONAREA_IMAGE=C:\Metal Gear Solid 2.bmp
ICONAREA_TEXT=16777215

now save this as "desktop.ini" and put it in the file u want it's background to be the pic u chose
