I just remembered now a missed case of febrile seizure

due to temporal lobe convulsion

It was discovered by one of my colleague

But unfortunatly the senior on call that day denied it is a seizure

So that , the LP was late , discovering menegitis



I think describing the features of seizure by taking a good history is very important to distinguish the cause of the current problem .
