Option E (Ketoprofen) is correct. Long-term use of ketoprofen in high doses can cause renal disease, including interstitial nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, hematuria, proteinuria, azotemia, and renal papillary necrosis.

Option A (Atenolol) is incorrect. This does not cause renal dysfunction.

Option B (Enalapril) is incorrect. This does not cause renal dysfunction. In fact, enalapril is often used to prevent proteinuria associated with diabetic nephropathy.

Option C (Hydrochlorothiazide) is incorrect. This does not cause renal dysfunction.

Option D (Hydroxychloroquine) is incorrect. This does not cause renal dysfunction.
