What a pity..........

What a pity when you are in ER department.

What a pity when you see that old mother crying over her son's body, that she has just lost him in car accident.

What a pity when you see that diabetic patient has lost his leg, and he is blind, and he is CRF and on dialysis, and hepatitis +ve. They are all diabetic complications.

What a pity when you see that Pakistani old man, had just lost his 5 fingers by an electrical saw and he still bleeding, but we could not treat him well just because he is non-Saudi so he had to buy money, while may be he does not have food at his house.

What a pity when you see that 6 year old non-saudi boy, victim of car accident suspended (as criminal) just because his family's (eqamah) is expired.

What a pity when you see that old women had 2 chest tubes in her chest just because the doctor put first one in the wrong side.

What a pity when you see a very young dark-skin girl wants to be whiter by using some creams but she got more than 90% burn and she died.

What a pity when you see that young girl crying over her husband's body after he drowned while he is just 27 year, they are (just married).

What a pity when you see that young boy in vegetative state just due to car accident (and there are a lot of them), and he can not talk, swallow, walk, control his bowel...
may be it is easer to say if there is anything he can do???

What a pity when you stay your whole night shift in ER without saying (what a pity), and after you go back home and you want to sleep you received that call (your brother died this night in car accident), now really what a pity....

What a pity when every time I go to ER to train and learn something new, I remember that night shift that passed without saying (what a pity).....

What a pity when I had lost my brother recent, and I still have to deal with doctors and patients with the same name as my brother.

What a pity......

What a pity........

Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
Near, far, wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.

You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay forever this way,
You are safe in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.

sorry for the long post
